Resources for Victims Compensation

Crime Victims United is dedicated to assisting the most vulnerable in our communities – those whose lives have been harmed and altered by crime. It is our goal to provide support and guidance allowing for healing and empowerment through these very difficult times. Often victims are faced with confusion about the criminal and/or civil justice system, physical and emotional trauma, and many unanswered questions.  By working directly with the California  Victim Compensation Program we are able to assist in securing possible funding for therapy, relocation, funeral expenses, and other unforeseen financial burdens.  Our well-trained experts can assist from the beginning, filing the initial claim, intervening on existing matters,  and appealing a denial of assistance.

The criminal and civil justice systems can be very confusing. Crime Victims United is often able to assist victims with their questions and navigate the criminal and civil legal systems and enforcement of rights by facilitating contact with our network of attorneys.

Crime Victims United wants victims to know they are never alone; we are here to help.  Contact us at mail@crimevictimsunited.com or 530-885-9544.
